Yes, online coaching clients success rate are high because you can do everything at your own convenience. As the coach I set the plan, which consists of training, nutrition, cardio, check ins. The training is the blueprint towards crafting your physique, I manipulate the sets, reps, load to help drive you towards your physique goal. After the training, the next big thing is nutrition. If you adhere to the nutrition, you’ll be able to add weight, lose weight, maintain weight, build muscles or whatever your goal is. The check is in place to make sure I check up on bi weekly. Bi weekly if you’re looking to gain weight, and weekly if you’re looking to lose weight. Lastly, I provide sleep and stress management coaching tips & advice you will get weekly or even daily depending on the program level you progress to.
Your program will be hand-designed personally for YOUR needs. Every client has access to a private client portal Software where you can login, view a video, message me and have 24 hour access to your plan right at your fingertips. You will be given a personal login so you can download or view your Coaching plan, training schedule, and workouts. You'll also have exclusive access to tools to help you with progress. My App and program workout plan is mobile friendly and can be accessed by any phone device
Yes all programs can be done at your own leisure and convenience on your APP provided by me, that you can get access to around the world. BUT we will have a one on one Coaching call check-up 2-3 times monthly depending on your program package.
Yes of course but only if you are ready to prioritise yourself and want a long term change without the gimmicks, quick fix or crash diet, then this is for you. There no shortcuts in my programs but I'll give you a tool, knowledge and positive mindset that you can use long term. All I ask for is your cooperation and I will do my best to guide you in the right direction.
I care about the client, and I genuinely want to see you become the best version of yourself. As a coach my goal is to get you there by giving you knowledge, create a personal environment for you to reach your goals, customizable training and nutrition based off your wants and needs. My goal as a coach is to get you to your goals and then teach how how to get there if in the future you’re by yourself, you won’t need a coach and will save yourself money. As a coach I will always get clients, my goal isn’t to keep you as a client forever, but that part is your choice. I will give you the knowledge and tools to succeed on your own after six months of working with me.
I’m going to be honest with you guys. I will do everything I can to get you results. At the end of the day everything comes down to to you. Are you coachable, do you listen, do you follow guidance, and are you willing to put all your effort into getting the goal that you want. I can give you the guide and the knowledge, but it comes down to you to execute.
There is no specific DIET to follow. We will instead work together based on your preferences that fit your goals and lifestyle and come up with a specific formula that works for you but everyone is different.
